Any deliveries returned to us will incur a $50 re-delivery fee.  If your delivery is by FedEx, please contact them at 1-800-GO-FEDEX with your tracking number if you want to pick up the tickets at a FedEx location.   If tickets are returned to us, we will hold them for redelivery until the $50 re-delivery fee is paid.  There will be no refunds for tickets that are returned to us and the re-delivery fee is not paid!
 
We Ship Domestically (in the USA) by USPS Priority Mail or FEDEX EXPRESS for FREE!   International shipments will incur an additional $20 fee.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping by US Postal Service in the Continental United States.  A signature may be required.  1st Class Mail may take 7 business days and Priority Mail may take 3-5 business days for you to receive your order depending on your postal area.  Should you want faster shipping, you may choose other shipping methods by Federal Express.  You may choose your shipping at check out.  If the event is within 7 business days of your purchase or when payment is received, you will be required to use Federal Express shipping.  Winning bids and payments placed after 4pm Eastern Standard Time or on the weekends or holidays may ship the following business day.

If Parking Pass are available for electronic email delivery, we may be able to email your Parking Pass to you at the email address registered with eBay and Paypal.  Please note that this option is only for certain Parking Pass and/or events.

We ship and email to confirmed Paypal shipping and email addresses only.  When an event is within a few days away some Parking Pass may be available for will call, email, or local pick up.  If your Parking Pass need to be picked up at will call or a local pick up, you must call us to let us know who will be picking up the Parking Pass.   That person will need to bring a photo ID in order to pick-up the Parking Pass.

$40 – FedEx International (Canada only)

Tickets ship as soon as they are in hand.  95% of the time that means within 2-3 buisness days of receipt of payment.  Sometimes Parking Pass will ship closer to the event date if we are still waiting on Parking Pass.  If Parking Pass are not available to ship within 2-3 business days, you will be contacted by email.

Delivery of Parking Pass can be as late as the day of the event.  If you do not receive your Parking Pass at least 2 days prior to the event, please call or email us.  Holiday Sports Tours is not responsible for late deliveries if you do not contact us by email or phone at least 2 days prior to the event to advise us that you have not received your Parking Pass.  Parking Pass availability and prices quoted are subject to change without notice until orders are confirmed and payment has been received.

If tickets are available for electronic email delivery, we may be able to email your tickets to you at the email address registered with eBay and Paypal.  Please note that this option is only for certain tickets and/or events.

We ship and email to confirmed Paypal shipping and email addresses only.  When an event is within a few days away some tickets may be available for will call, email, or local pick up.  If your tickets need to be picked up at will call or a local pick up, you must call us to let us know who will be picking up the tickets.   That person will need to bring a photo ID in order to pick-up the tickets.
