Yes, you will receive a refund consisting of 95% of the listing total not including shipping fees.  In order to receive a refund all tickets to cancelled events must be returned to our Kansas City office within 30 days of an event being cancelled.  Events that are postponed or rescheduled are not eligible for a refund of any kind regardless of box office, venue, or artists policies and procedures.  Contact us if you have any questions.
