Ticket Delivery – READ BEFORE BIDDING!!

Tickets are NOT in hand. Tickets EITHER
(a) will be shipped via Fed
Ex overnight between 11/28 & 12/1  (after contacting you by phone
prior to shipment to ensure your ability to receive the FedEx shipment) OR (b) may require local pickup from our
representatives in Indianapolis the day of the game at our will call office near the stadium.

Please look at our feedback.  We have years of
experience coordinating our delivery of bowl game tickets with your travel plans
for the game.  We will communicate with you via email and phone to
ensure that we deliver your tickets in time for the game.

Please
do not bid on this auction if later delivery does not work for you. We
can make no exceptions to these delivery terms. We deliver thousands
of tickets to high dollar, high demand events over the past eight years
in this exact same manner. We maintain excellent communication during
the entire process, and our clients always get their tickets in time for
the event. You don’t have to take our work for it–take a look at our nearly  9,000 feedback selling tickets for high dollar events.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

PayPal–use your credit card or your bank account to pay for the
item. We will either ship to the confirmed PayPal address or the
account holder may pick up the tickets at our will call location. Credit Card Payment–call us during our business hours and we will
take your credit card payment over the phone. Tickets will either ship
to the credit card billing address or the holder of the credit card can
pick up the tickets at our will call location.

Shipping Fees FREE FedEx shipping to the billing address time permitting; or
FREE local pickup at our will call location in the city of the event.

Terms & Conditions

Bidding: Your bid constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the auction listing. Please ask questions before you bid

Seat Substitution: For advance orders
(tickets not marked “in-hand” or “ships today”) the seat description
within the auction sets the minimum parameter for the seats you will
receive. Since the tickets are not yet in hand, Big Red Tickets may, at
no additional charge, substitute comparable or better seating. Comparable or better seating
is defined as: (a) tickets in a lower row of the same or equivalent
section; (b) or tickets in a lower row in a section of the same
stadium/arena level that is closer to the center of the stadium (i.e.
center court, 50 yard line, home plate, center ice, finish line, etc. .
. ). Unless explicitly noted in either the advertised seat
description or the seat description on the invoice, comparable or better seating
is not affected by team affiliations or team side lines and does not
include a specific side of the stadium (i.e. team side) or a specific
view of anything other than the playing field, (i.e. the band,
scoreboards, video boards, or surroundings outside the stadium etc).

Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges: 

At any point prior to using the tickets  to enter the game a full refund will be issued  when:

(1)  The ticketed event is canceled.

(2)  The purchaser is denied admission
to the ticketed event, unless such denial is due to the action or
omission of the purchaser.

(3)  The ticket is not delivered to the
purchaser in the manner described on this auction web site or pursuant to the
delivery guarantee made by Big Red Tickets, here the reseller, and such failure results in the
purchaser’s inability to attend the ticketed event.

Outside of
those exceptions All sales are final. Any other Refunds or cancellations
require the consent of both the bidder and the Big Red Tickets unless:
(a) the event is canceled and not rescheduled, and (b) a refund is
issued by the event promoter. To receive the refund, the bidder must
return the original tickets to Big Red Tickets in their original
condition. All weather related delays and rescheduling are resolved
between the bidder and the event promoter.

Third Party Delivery or Resale of Tickets:
Bidder may not unilaterally assign or transfer rights to this auction
contract. Transfer of tickets to a 3rd party requires consent of Big
Red Tickets. Big Red Tickets reserves the right to require original
purchaser to pick tickets from our will call location, provide
state-issued photo ID, and the credit card used to make the purchase (if
applicable).

Jurisdiction for Legal Action: Bidder agrees
that all legal actions arising from this transaction shall be litigated
in Missouri, our principle place of business and consents to personal
jurisdiction within the courts of the state of Missouri for all legal
actions arising from this auction.
