Emailable Tickets
We only will email tickets if the event is within 7 days, you reside in the same state as the venue, AND ONLY if our NOTES states "E-TICKETS CAN E-MAIL". We screen all members before sending eTickets and may require additional verification at our discretion.  Please refer to the Emailable Tickets section below to see if you qualify to receive eTickets via email. 

Automated Listing Process
We use an automated means to list tickets on eBay which pulls data from our website. eBay allows 55 characters in the Title causing the title to occasionally cuts off the remaining data and replaces it with "…". Please refer to the description above to get accurate Event Information.

eBay only allows 6 characters in the Section and Row fields and in rare cases will cut off the remaining data. For example, LOGE 10 can be incorrectly displayed as LOGE 1. Please refer to the description above to get accurate Section and Row information.

Dutch Auction
For any quantity more 5 or more tickets, this is a Dutch auction and the price will be per ticket. For Example: "1-12 Tickets", you can buy up to 12 tickets at the specific price each.  Any quantity is acceptable as long as it does not leave a single ticket behind.

Additional Ticket Information

All seats are together unless otherwise states in the NOTES section
To protect bidder privacy, the seat numbers are disclosed only to the buyer after you purchase the ticket, and only at the buyer’s request
TicketFast or e-Tickets will also need to be shipped, unless NOTES section states "E-TICKETS CAN E-MAIL", in which case your tickets will be emailed to you (may require additional verification to protect against fraud, refer to Emailable Tickets Section Below)
Seating chart displayed is a generic chart provided by eBay. It is your responsibility to find the correct configuration.

Shipping

U.S. Shipping is FREE for orders or email delivery.
International shipping charge is $20 and will be shipped via USPS Global Priority or FedEx International Priority.
We use a few different methods of shipping depending on the circumstance. Normally, we will ship via USPS Priority 2-3 business days with delivery confirmation. If the event is approaching soon, we will ship FedEx Overnight if necessary. We guarantee you’ll receive your tickets in time for the event.
If the NOTES section above does not have an approximate ship date, the tickets are most likely on hand.
Tickets ship as soon as they are on hand. 95% of the time that means the same day you place the order. Sometimes, tickets will ship closer to the event date if we are still waiting on them to arrive from the ticket provider and an aproximate date will be listed in the NOTES section above.
 

Emailable Tickets and Will Call

Only if the event is within 7 days AND ONLY if the NOTES description says "E-TICKETS CAN E-MAIL", then your tickets will be emailed to you.
Payment will only be accepted from a CONFIRMED PAYPAL address and can only be emailed to the email address on file with PayPal. If your address is unconfirmed, your order may be canceled and auction relisted.
eTickets can only be emailed if you have been an eBay member longer then 3 months, AND do not have any negative feedback within the last 3 months, AND have a higher feedback percentage then 95%.  If you do not qualify, your order may be cancelled and auction relisted.
eTickets can only be emailed if your confirmed PayPal address is in the same state as the venue of the tickets you are purchasing.
In some occasions, we may require additional verification by phone or a PayPal fax authorization along with verfication of indentity before sending eTickets to protect against fraud.  We will contact you with further information if necessary.
Only if the NOTES description says "WILL CALL", then your tickets will need to be picked up at the venue will call office or from one of our representatives. We will contact you will further information regarding pick up procedures.

Payment Methods

Payment must be made within 12 hours of auction end.

Sales Tax

For Texas residence, an 8.25% state sales tax will be automatically added at checkout.
 

Return Policy

All sales are final. Tickets CAN NOT be returned or exchanged.
Full 100% refund if the event is CANCELED and not rescheduled.
If the event date/time is changed or rescheduled, no refund is available, and the tickets will be valid for the rescheduled time.  It is your responsibility to check your local listing for any date or time changes.
